Workpackage 5: Allogeneic use of mesenchymal stem cells MSC: detection of immunological response raised by allogeneic MSC transplantation; understanding of host response and mode of action

To identify molecular mechanisms associated with the immunosuppressive capacity of human MSCs in Degenerative Discopathy (DDD).
To propose a potency test associated with MSCs modulation.
To test NP differentiation of MSC as a putative potency assay.
